Looks like plastic, works like plastic, but made from plants.

Same flexibility and strength advantages as plastic (PVC) binding tubes, with the advantage of being better for the environment.

BioTie offers flexible use, able to be easily cut to any length required.

Made from PLA (polylactic acid) from corn starch, giving a lower environmental footprint of manufacturing compared to petroleum derived plastic binding tubes.

Reduce labour costs, with no need to remove from the field once the tying tube has completed its job. BioTIe simply degrades in the soil to water and carbon dioxide.

Roll of 200 meters giving the felxability to be cut to any required length for any tying job.

BioTie is a subtle olive green colour designed to blend into the cropping system.

The 3mm tying tube can be used to secure various plants, from trees to vine and large shrubs.

BioTie is suitable for use in exactly the same was as plastic (e.g. PVC) tying tube.
